HELP. Monoprice 3D Printer Not Printing Specific Part

I own a Monoprice Dual extrusion 3D printer, which (with some practice) has been working great.
Unfortunately, I've run into an issue with a specific part that does not want to print properly.
After many attempts (all with PLA), the part consistently prints with uneven extrusion and refuses to remain adhered to the heated print bed. (Image attached)
Without adjusting anything on the printer, I attempted a previous print that I knew worked, and it printed out flawlessly. (2nd Image attached)

Is there anyone that has encountered a problem like this before?
Any ideas on what to check/modify?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like the bed level is not right. On the right side there most likely is a larger gap between nozzle and bed when z=0. The second part is in the middle, the first part uses more of the bed to the right as far as I can see.

Re-level the bed and try again? Also, cleaning the blue tape with some rubbing alcohol (iso-propanol) might help.

alternatively the base of the print might not be level.
