    BQ Ciclop 3d scanner

    Hi, can any one help, I am new to the world of 3d scanning and am having problems, I purchased a BQ Ciclops, I had no problems building or connecting to the PC (windows 10) but when I scan, I get what I think is noise above and around the scanned image, but I cannot seem to stop this happening, I have no idea how to attach an image for you to look at as the saved scans are the wrong file type. if anybody has any ideas please, deafoldgit
