Delta Printer printing dimensions wrong

If I make my delta printer print a cube 10 mm tall, 10 mm wide, and 10 mm long, it will print a cube 11 mm tall, 9 mm wide, and 9 mm long. Help?

Are you printing in ABS or PLA ?

Are you able to move the head in the plane of the table without obstacle (which would ensure that all arms are equally long) and a consistent gap to the table ? If not, your arms are probably slightly off : they need to be precisely the same length. If yes... I'm stuck, sorry.
