Flashforge stops printing suddenly

Hi, i hope someone can give me some advices.

I have a creator pro, have been printing very good for months, but these days it just stops during printing; it goes to the main menu, i print from SD; try different Cards; i have read some info, i remove the bottom cover (overheat) ; i read about stepper motor wire broken ( i moved any visible wire to try to reproduce the defect, no luck) any advices? ??? Thanks in advance

Just saw when it happened, seems to be aprox in te same z position and close to the right edge; i heard a "click" then it restarted.

Any clue?

Broken wire or faulty power supply. Move the head manually and see if you can make it reset.

I was having the same thing happen to me but it was around the middle of my bed. It was the X axis wire on the stepper motor. The wire looks fine but is broken some where. I replaced it and it is doing fine now.
