    Oxidation ?

    Hi everyone !
In this video (of the early days) we can see some oxidation on the printboard, due to evaporation of salt water I guess.
Is it still a concern with the V1.0 ?
If so, is it possible to protect the peachy Printer from evaporation without altering the beam of the laser (plexiglass for example) ?

I had my printer mounted above an open container of saltwater for about 6 months, and I live about 3 miles from the ocean and I never saw any rust on anything. I wouldn't be concerned.

If you are very close to the ocean or your peachy is going to be very close to the reservoirs, you could put a rust inhibitor on the circuit board, being careful to avoid the laser. Heck, you could probably coat the entire board in silicone glue if you avoid the wire ports.

Im glad to here that Anuvin!
It is often very dry here in Canada ( comes with the cold weather ),
We also have never had a problem on the printer head.
The dipper dose get crystals growing on it, but a quick rinse under warm water and its ready to go again.
Its a maintenance thing that we have just excepted.
