First Layer Help
So, everytime i start a print hte first layer print but when the print head moves it pulls a small bit of the end up and try to print small details it all just starts to get pulled upIMAG0808.jpg
what do i need to do to resolve this problem

Again:
Which polymer? What temp and speed settings? Which slicer? What kind of heat-bed prep?
If you can't be bothered to provide details, then I doubt anyone here will be bothered to help you....

There are 2 main troubleshooting venues I'd suggest :
1/ check that you are not overextruding. There could be many reasons for that : steps configured too big, filament not at 1,75mm, 1st layer actual height is lower than software height (Z offset is not correctly set)...
2/ is the layer warping ? there could be many reasons : heat bed not used, no PVA glue, no enclosure for ABS...
Think about this and get back to us with more info.
