    How do you load PVA?

Sorry if this has already been discussed. I can't seem to get any hits using the Search, and I did browse back to April looking for threads.

I've got a spool of PVA, have a dual extruder print ready to try it. Everything I've read about PVA says not to heat it over 200; it looks like 170 or 180 is the recommended printing temp. Problem is, my Dreamer wants to heat to 230 to load filament. So, how do I load the PVA?

Whatever you set the preheat to will also be the temp setting for loading and unloading filiments. It's defaulted to 230 in case you don't preheat. So just go to preheat. Pick the extruder you want the pva in and preheat it to 170 or whatever. When you then go to load filiment setting it will be set at whatever you set the preheat temp for that extruder.

God, I'm an idiot, thanks SpragClutch. I've been setting the preheat to 250 for my ABS loading and it never occurred to me that that was overriding the default setting. Appreciate the help!
