Does anyone know how to set the turbo fan on for PLA in S3D?

Cooling is correct. Keep in mind that x3g only knows how to turn the fan on or off. So all % greater than zero are translated to full on. Not generally a problem, but just that fussing with a lot of the controls here won't make any difference. A good way to go is off for the first layer followed by on all the time.
