Issue Leveling Flash Forge Finder

Hello,

My name is Matt and I new to the 3D printing world. I am learning on the fly as I won a grant for my Flash Forge Finder. It has arrived and I have done a few prints on it without problems.

I am currently having a problem leveling my printing plate. I keep getting the prompt to tighten the screws on the bottom on the plate over and over and over. They are tight as I have adjusted them. The next prompt will not come up to continue leveling my plate. It has never done this and has always then asking me to adjust the back screw, then the front left, then the front right.

Any ideas?

Hmmmm....
On mine once I tighten them I just pushed the button to continue.

Are you just waiting for a prompt? I think you have to push the button again

If you are doing that, then it seems you have a button problem or circuit board issue.
