    If you want to do some fine hand polishing, there is a product that I've had a lot of good results from called Novus Plastic Polish. It comes graded as #1, #2 and #3. It's fantastic plex polish. I'm sure there are other "favorite" brands but I like the way Novus handles and the result it delivers. It won't be good for polishing a jigsaw cut edge but it will take out scratches and milkiness.

    I personally used turtle wax polishing compound paste for a previous project. But yeah, polishing out cut edges will take you all week. So take some 600-1000 grit sandpaper to it first, then finish off with the compound.
