New FF Creator Pro with "Tool 1 Failure"

Hi guys, I have received a new FF Creator pro...when i have to load the filament, i can load ok on the right extruder and prints absolutely great

However when I wanted to load the left, I got the following message "Tool 1 Failre! Temperature reads are failing. Check wiring."

Is this referring to the thermocouple at the underside? one of the wires was loose, so i put it back again but the error still persists.

i have not plugged the creator pro to my computer as i use my SD card and have not had a chance to check the firmware version. would this have any effect?

I'm not an expert by any means, but I think that plugging it into your computer could help you get a better idea of what is going on.

I would suspect a sensor failure.

I would contact support if you just purchased it.
