    New guy here! FF Pro!

Hello everyone! First post! I (this morning) bought a FlashForge Creator Pro! It should be here on Wednesday if Amazon Prime actually makes their 2-day shipping! I have been lurking on here for awhile, but figured this was the best opportunity to sign up! I am going to be going through a lot of the threads here to try and find the upgrades to print, first things to print, set up, etc - so if you have any links that you feel would help a new guy out, please feel free to share! Otherwise, I look forward to posting with you all!

buy a 40mm fan and print a fan duct. I think these work on pros as well.

The latest creator pro's come with an active cooling fan and duct already.

    Must haves:
    1) Acetone and acetone safe containers
    2) thin plastic putty knife (for removing prints), sand paper and files for finishing prints
    3) filament guide tube (This should be your first print, you're filament WILL get tangled and ruin prints without this):

I'd also seriously consider adding glass build plate: http://thingiverse-production-new.s3...w_featured.jpg

Make sure to get brosilicate glass, so it won't shatter when it cools too quickly. One of the best things about a glass bed is that you can put an abs print in the freezer to make it easier to remove from the plate--do that with regular glass and it will shatter.

To affix the glass bed to the aluminum build platform I use 5 2" squares of 0.5mm silicone thermal pads. This makes it easy to remove the plate, and doesn't involve clips that can slip or get hit by your extruder. http://www.amazon.com/400mm-205mm-Si.../dp/B007PPEW52
