Prusa i3 heats up, but wont start printing

I have my print settings to 230c on the hotend and 90c for the bed. It heats up and slightly wavers, but it wont start printing

Is this your first attempt at printing with your printer?

What is the final temperature that the hot end reaches? 230c? How much longer did you wait after it was heated? Sometimes it takes a minute for the temperature to stabilize before the printer will start.
