Can't see it working - but you never know.

But I would like to know why s3d doesn't add any support to a floating model. That can't be right.

You'd think that if you can generate 100% support, you could just generate a solid model from the top surfaces down to a plane, say 1mm below the lowest point... at least, I don't see the difficulty in theory.
