FFCX only showing as single extruder in makerware after reset

Hi All, after having some issues that turned out to be stepper cable related, I rewired it and I'm up and running again, but while diagnosing I reset the firmware. I didn't yet know it was the cable causing all the issues.

Anyways, now after the reset it only shows up as a replicator single in makerware, not a dual. attempting to set the machine type in makerware has no effect.
I'm sure this is something stupid but I'm unsure how to fix it.

On the LCD panel under settings, set the number of extruders to 2. There are probably other settings that got reset you'll want to check.
