Weird bottom layer!?
I have the aluminum HICTOP Prusa i3...i have gotten some great prints out of it but lately it seems to be getting worse. i get the stripped bottom layer and am not able to print higher than .1 layer height... ive used 3 diff types of plastic all ABS different brands. my temps are good and by my two bubble levels my bed is pretty spot on. anyways here a picture any help would be great.

Looks like your extruder may be clogged.

You can get a brand new nozzle clogged if some dirt gets into it.
But now that you mention it could also be the extruder mechanism slipping, did you notice a buildup of plastic on the toothed wheel or clacking noises from the stepper motor skipping steps?
