I need the following http://www.ussmatrix.org/yamamoto/YamamotoDateCrest.png made into a 3d plaque (kind of like a challenge coin but leave the original rectangle shape). None of the software I have tried has given me a decent effect, and I am not yet skilled enough to do it. Rate is negotiable as I have never hired a designer. These are intended to be given out to "crew" members of the ship in the Royal Manticoran Navy organization and I do not need them printed as I have those available. Thanks.
