Random popups in some places on thin and small objects

Printing in ABS 230C with 110C BED 0.1mm layer in some random spots the plastic is popping up and is dragged a little by the nozzle
where could be the problem? this is happening not only at the edges as on the picture but also in some very random middle spots
would be fantastic if anyone could help me, please and thank you.

That is probably caused by not enough retraction or at least is is the first place to try.

if I changing the layer height should I change something with the retraction as well ? I have just edited the simplify3d (high) profile with layer height 0.1m and changed it to 0.05m
should I do the retraction settings distance or speed different ?
