I wonder how long it will be before the reprap can print an entire printer in 1 piece LOL. That would truly be awesome. How long does it typically take to assemble the printer once the pieces are printed out?

It depends on how much prior experience you have. If you have built a RepRap before, it may take you a day or two to build and calibrate it. If it is your first time, then it will likely take much longer as you have to learn as you go.
