Has anyone looked into a modified bed platform? This one is quite flexible. It looks like it may not be that complicated.

A new issue! Now the printer won't heat to the set temp. If I set 195 it goes to 190, if I set 200 it does 195 etc. Never did this before. I did notice that the display is constantly saying "heating". Any thoughts?

Also starting to have issues with the outer shell adhesion.

I'd like to see that. I am thinking on stopping by the local machine shop and talking to them.

Seems it shouldn't be to hard to get a lot of the wobble and flex out of it.

UPDATE: I am printing this again and only one this time and the "shadow" depression is still there from the first layer. I measured and it is the exact dimension of the hole in the middle. See the image and how it lines up. I have no idea why unless the mesh has become corrupted.

This issue seem to be resolved. It does seem that the nozzle was tracing the outline and dragging so lightly that it didn't actually leave any marks.

As far as the other issue seen of the outer shell layer not adhering I am fighting it now! It never ends.

Ya 5mm carbon fiber tends to get some wobble out of the system. :-)

I've tried both but typically use the one on the machine because I keep it hooked up to Octoprint.

Wiring not included. Dave came up with a Z stage switch issue, but I sent him a couple designs to try.
