Yea, it may not be. I may try anyway to see or I may try to make a new top. I just don't like how short you need to get the feed tubes when using the top. I feel it is putting undue strain on the extruder. I don't know how much it really affects anything though.

That's what I thought. The blue gets ok reviews but the black gets not great ones. I may try a roll next time I need one and see how it does.

Have you tried Hatchbox PETG? I see it is a buck cheaper than eSun! I have had pretty good luck with Hatchbox stuff so far. Going to order some PETG to try so was wondering. Looking for a material that has the strength, stiffness and temp handeling abilities of ABS but easier to print.
I have parts that are at the upper range for PLA so ABS is what I go to but don't need full ABS.

At long last! Congratulations. How about one of these, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:184890 but make the cam (or the contact part of it) from Ninja-flex?

    I'd print a Rubber Duck (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:139894).

With Ninja? What were your basic settings? Bed temp, extruder etc? Open chamber like for PLA?

Just recommending something that you could print, without doing research I have no idea for the settings.

Just printed this beastie. No assembly required. Very cool to see it unfold from its collapsed form after printing. The high clearance (.65) model printed and worked well for me in MG Maker PLA. The minimal clearance version wouldn't release to open without fracturing. I put infill at 60% due to strength needs of the screw shaft.
