Replicator 2 Poor Print Quality

Hello Everyone,

I've been having quality issues with the prints made on my Replicator 2 (5th Generation).

I've tried all 3 preset Resolutions and decreasing the Z-axis, but still subpar quality. Layers are not binding well and flat surfaces have many gaps.

I've attached some pictures. Thoughts on fixing this?

Hi there
you have problem with underextrusion - look like from pics.
Before you change Smart Extruder, you try install latest Firmware and Desktop software.
It works in some cases.
But if still the same result then I'm afraid you will have to consider change Smart Extruder.
