Need RAMPS Firmware Zip

Hello I'm trying to get the firmware I need for my RAMPS board since I'm going to use the E3d hot end on my new i3v. I'm unable to download it from the link below Makerfarm links to. I would like the entire zip. Anybody happen to have it?

Can't help with the full zip, but the only difference for the e3d *should* be the type of thermistor for the hot end. In the following line from file configuration.h, the 1 value would change to 5 for the e3d.

#define TEMP_SENSOR_0 1

EDIT: In other words, I'm suggesting you could get by through using the firmware zip from the link for the standard firmware in the build guide, editing in the above change.
