New materials, now free samples are available.

Our company just announced new kinds of nylon filaments, we've done special modification on polyamide (which also called nylon), which is definitely different from some normal nylon made from Taulman. However, it still keeps the extraordinary properties of nylon, good heat resistance, excellent abrasion resistence and high toughness. More importantly, this nylon material has very low shrinkage rate and smooth appearance. Normally, you don't need to polish objects with difficulty since its support material is easy to remove and its smooth surface. Using this nylon material, large size and sophisticated industrial structure can be made with quality. Two more things you may concerned.
    1. No Warp
We have done chemical modification on nylon so it won't warp under the settings we recommend . The bed adhesion is very good and printing operation is simple.
    2. less moisture
Moisture always annoyed us during printing nylon. Our nylon filament has less moisture absorption. In fact, we have tackled this problem very well.
Here are some models using our nylon filaments(most of them have no post processing or a little bit).

These models are all printed by our YMe 3D printers. you can see it in another link.

Our nylon filament now has two grades , You can get free PA B330 samples
Engineering Grade : PA B380 Print temperature: ~260oC bed temperature : at least 110
oC Enclosed environment is required .You must utilize YMe 3D printer to print this grade, which can provide excellent quality of objects, smooth surface, high strength and toughness.
    Commercial Grade:PA B330 Print temperature: ~250oC
bed temperature :110oC Enclosed environment is required .
This grade can be used in some common printers but your printer should still be good enough. So please email me your machine type and picture. we will post you free sample if we think your machine is capable of printing our filament. You just need to pay the shipping fee.
Notice: We would post you from China and it costs shipping fee and needs some days.

is an enclosed bed essential ?
And if it doesn't warp - why do you need an enclosed bed ?

Although we did modification on nylon to avoid warp on the bottom, cracks may happen between layers if warm environments is not provided. You can still get a shaped object without enclosed environment but have defects. This is Residual Stress in material(all material have it), becasue different temperatures between layers make them shrinkage at different rate during becoming cold . Warm air(at certain temperature ) make them get nearly the same speed. Polymers like nylon ,ABS has a quite different properties with PLA.
Warping in other nylon fila. is also because of high
Residual Stress. Our nylon has tackled this problem.

    Hey Guys,

we do have a non-warping PA as well. I prints with 70 mm/s and even faster without any warpage at all, even large objects with long straight printing paths. We are working on a material with ambient processing temperatures.
We do recommend a heated bed but a closed printer is not necessary.
As much as I know, it is only possible to retard the water uptake but you cannot prevent it completely. Usually by adding water Repellents, the layer adhesion ist influenced negatively.

If color is not an issue, the PA can also be made in a way so it only absorbs water a little bit.

We mail our PA in ziploc bags so you can put them back in the bag and keep it seem.
