MakerJuice is responding to feedback from their 3D printing customer base, in dealing with frustration over pigment separation. Due to the low viscosity of their UV resin materials, settling often occurs, mainly while in storage, and that affects the flow of the resin when used. The low viscosity of 3D printing resins is good in terms of cleanup and offering less strain to 3D printers, but there is a major downside in pigment separation. The chemists at MakerJuice have altered the resin with an internal 3D network structure that works to prevent separation, and keeps the resin in perpetual suspension.
