Printing Issue

So I've been printing for a few months now. Lately I get the following issue when Printing.

The prints will have some sort of run off on some of the parts I print.
Just like the Following Picture.

But when I try to print multiple parts, some parts will have the "Run Off" issue. but some parts will not print correct at all. Like the following pictures! Any recommendations?

Part of the problem is ooze, you need to adjust your retraction settings. The other problem is adhesion. Your small parts are coming unstuck from the bed, and moving around. Try using a glue stick. I use Elmer's Disappearing Purple Washable school glue sticks, and I rarely have any ABS warping or parts coming unstuck.
