    Infill troubles

I am having trouble with my infill on my DIY Corexy printer and marlin software. All of the motor steps are calibrated. I am using 1.75mm PLA with a E3d v6 0.4 nozzle.

    The picture is at

    0.2mm layer height
    15% fill density
    line pattern
    infill 40mm/s
    solid infill 40mm/s

The infill layers are not adhering to each other. I would say it is somewhat under extruding.

You say the motors are all calibrated, does this include the extruder motor ? What have you done to ensure that ?

To have a good adherence, there is a parameter that states how much the infill overlaps the outer shells. What value have you stated ?

The outer shell also seems problematic even though your speeds are low : solve the infill and we'll see if it's still there too.

what slicer are you using ?

Every motor is calibrated, including the extruder. I measured how much filament has passed through the cold end without the hot end attached. Should I re-calibrate with the hot end on?

I'm using Slic3r with these prints.

the outside of the box is clean - bit rough, but I;d expect it to be less square of the motors weren't right.

have you tried changing the type of infill ?

I don't know if the setting in this page satisfies you:
