Thoughts on improving this test model
http://i.imgur.com/vcZ963W.jpg
Printed on a Makerbot Z18 using the following settings:
- 0.15mm
- 5th Gen High Base
- As default offset
- 20%infill
- 200 °
- Roof layer count 4
- High
- 90mm/s
- Shells 2
- Outlines 15
Thoughts
- Increasing shells increased integrity at cost of cleanness
- Increasing temperature makes raft bond even at 207
- Decreasing speed increases cleanness at cost of time
- ?Increasing roof thickness seems to have no impact on depth of roof but slows down and lowers print quality.
- 0.15mm easily achievable vs 0.1mm
Have tested all default profiles and this has been the best so far.
What do you recommend I change to improve it?

there are number of things you could modify in order to get better prints.
Look like a little too much material is coming out.
Print speed should be reduced, both outlines and insets.
Adjust spacing between lines.
Adjust leaky connections.
If it is not problem for you to share this model, then I could get you proper setting for that particular part.
