abl and then nothing

im running into a weird issue,
i start a print job, it homes and then runs the abl sequence fine but then right when its about to start printing,, it stops, nothing happens, just frozen,,
and i have to cancel the job

its almost like it hits a endstop but its not

running latest marlin with simplify3d

That is exactly what my printer does if I don't specify that it should do a lot of Auto Bed Leveling points. The reason is the generated GCode from Slic3r will tell it to wait until the nozzle is up at temperature. Is it possible you have a broken thermistor or wiring for the nozzle? Can you heat the nozzle up from PronterFace without actually starting a print?

im using simplify3d but yes i can heat it up just fine
I reverted back to old version of marlin and its fine
