FF Dreamer / Dremel Spool Size

Does anyone know if the filament spools sold for the Dremel will also fit the Flashforge Dreamer? I have read the Dremel is a branded Dreamer with one extruder, but have never seen one in person.

I think I read somewhere that they do, but even if not, there's an adapter on Thingiverse (which I use for my Dreamer) that lets you use a ton of different brand of spools. Its just a matter of the width of the spool and the diameter of the spool hub. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:652415

Thanks for the info. I use both Push Plastics and MakerGeek filaments. On both brands the spools are too wide to fit into the Dreamer using the printable spool holders.
