    coloring a 3d mono color printed object

    hi guys ,
    i guess that is a very stupid question , but how can i color a 3d printed object printed from a single extruder printer ?

    yep.

    Buy white or natural colour filament.
    You can paint it, colour it with marker pens - that tends to bleed, but it works.

    Spray paint it.
    basically most methods work :-)

    If you're going to color it with marker pens, paint it with a primer first...

    thanks for reply , but does sites like shapeways.net color the 3d printed object with marker pens ?
