cannot get the Flashforge Replicatorg to link to my computer

If it is then a bit more info may assist people in helping you like whether or not it is plugged in, is it turned on, does the computer beep at all when it is plugged in. What OS are you using, what versions of software on printer and PC etc etc.

i have windows 8.1 it is plugged to computer and turned on. will not link to computer.

Do you have the USB driver installed? If not, you may have to disable Windows 8 driver signature enforcement to be able to do so.
