Makerbot 2.0 app and Cloud Services and "actually working"

Wondering if anyone has this working? When I go on cellular to find my printer, it does not find it.

I have the latest firmware/desktop/mobile app (as of today). I have gone into Device Preferences\cloud service and have it on, etc .... but the mobile app never sees it.
It of course works on local wifi, but never cellular.

Is there any ports/protocols you have to turn on in the router/firewall, etc?
This is on a MakerBot Mini, (although its not supposed to matter since they are both Generation 5)
