print preview not correct

hello,

when i import an STL file in simplify i see the whole object in the workspace but when i click print preview i just see half of the object and the printer indeed prints half of the object. does somebody knows the problem?

1/ Are you sure of the model integrity ? Is this not generated by automated model repair ?
2/ Have you tried to delete it / reload it ?
3/ Have you put any special input loke stop at X height, ... ?
4/ Have you made sure that it is properly centered (nothing below the plate) ?

lambdaFF thanks for the tips for some reason the software made the input : stop printing at X height, i looked at it after you gave the tip
