The spare cable that I received with mine is not the cable that connects the steppers, it has a female 4 position connector on each end and the one on the stepper is a 6 position connector with the outer 2 pins and inside two pins used and the 2nd and 5th positions empty

No problem. Always glad to help when I can. I just got my Creator Pro on Tuesday and I order the glass for the bed off their site on Wednesday

I went ahead and got some extra nozzles, teflon tubes, a heater and glass,
Gonna pay for shipping might as well.

That was one of the reasons I got the this printer. it is easy to get spare parts for it. I also have a Da Vinci 1.0 but it is hard to get parts for it.
