Printer is now not recognized by USB

I recently purchased Simplify 3D and was testing the functions. So I hit the emergency stop button on the machine control section.

After doing this Windows 7 does not recognize the printer when it is plugged in via USB. I have a Makerbot clone and have attempted to uninstall and reinstall my drivers several times, with no success. Anyone have any tips?

I don't know what I did but I get it connected again.

I tried new cables and uninstalled and reinstalled everything.

But for some reason it works now.

    Thanks

Sometimes just using a new port helps, because windows reinstalls drivers.
