I prep my glass.. Soap & water, then Iso Alcohol, then ABS Juice x 3 coats and then some hair spray

    bed is level

My Brim is all over the place.. not sticking well

Make your offset a little closer to the bed.

yep that was it. i feel like ive checked and adjusted everything 100 times! lol thanks

I dont even check anymore i adjust up or down a few 10ths once i get close initially. It seems like even with a feeler gauge its never quite right and needs a slight adjustment up or down after the fact.

Since im using ABL (Auto bed levelling) he is referring to the offset from the Servo Z endstop Prob and the Nozzle, need to adjust the value in the marlin firmware Configuration.h file to that after it auto levels the nozzle is the right height from the bed.

    doh, that makes sense

Yeah with ABL, once you get close using something like a feeler gauge you can then fine tune using slight firmware changes, in increments of tenths or even hundredths

more negative is closer to the bed, more positive is further away. basically instead of a micrometer you use the ABL servo and switch along with the firmware to make micro adjustments that once found don't change

I usually just get the firmware z offset close and then make a final small adjustment with the Z offset option under the printer settings in Slic3r.
