Thank you!
Does anyone have firmware for the 10'' i3v with RC servo auto bed leveling? i had to replace ramps and arduino mega and i lost my firmware.
Problem Solved!! One of the wires broke off from the Z endstop switch. Not sure why it affected the y axis.
The problem is in the firmware...not the hardware. When I upload the old firmware without the ABL it works fine. Its weird cause Ive been using it for many weeks now without any problem. Then out of...
Anyone?? HEELLLOOO????
I uploaded the original firmware to the printer and it works.....it seems the problem is with the Marlin auto bed level firmware. How could everything be working fine then it just stops working?
Tried reflashing firmware......no change.
Ran a few test and noticed my z-axis is also off.
My 10" i3v has been working flawlessly since getting it running. Last night went to print and the y-axis wont move to the endstop during the G28 code; home all axis. It moves a few mils and then...
Everything is working great. I really appreciate all the help.
With original RAMPS firmware I had no problem getting above 90. With Marlin I have the bed set at 100 for ABS but it stops at like 87
I don't see anything wrong in the configuration.h file. But what do i know. Can you take a look at it for me.
I'm using repetier. It does heat up but stops at 87. I'll check on thermistor settings.
Only now my bed wont reach the set temp
Yep.....Its working now!! I really appreciate all the help Roxy.
Increasing the skirt did help with extrusion. But the nozzle is sitting approximately 1.45mm above the bed when printing starts. Ive changed the Z_PROBE_OFFSET but the nozzle stays the same distance.
Didn't work anyways. Plus it's not extruding any filament for the first 2 layers or so. I'm about to give up.
How do I increase my extrusion rate?
Now its like the extrusion isnt fast enough
I think its the first layer height. It was set to 3.5. I just set to 1.5 and testing now.
IT'S WORKING!!!..........Except once it starts printing the nozzle is still like .03mm too high above the bed.
Should EEPROM be on?
So do I start my print after the G29?
Ok let go over the procedures to see if I'm missing something.
Make a point on the bed to set as home position.
Manually put the nozzle to that point and enter G92 X0 Y0 Z0
Manually put the Z...
Yes I always g28 before and after g29. It's when I do the first g28 after I set g92 that it looses the X0 Y0 Z0.
