I know that the Extruder stepper motor will not move filament until the Hotend is up the temp.
Though we need to determine if the stepper motor is actually moving.
Some how by hand or stepper...
I 3D Printed this nozzle box

I found on t https://www.printables.com/model/154769-nozzle-box
This was a fun project an as you can see turned out really good, an is more than...
I have a similar 3D Printer and had a block so bad that decided to replace everything.
Throat w/PTFE throat

Yes they are called a Sock
Official Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo Silicone Sock
Have no ideal what you mean by derugulated.
However I have just had a similar problem after several hours of troubleshooting I have learned that the SD card was causing the problem.
I tested the...
hello
Use 210C for Nozzle and 55C for Bed temp with PLA+.
ALWAYS use a raft
When I have similar problems you are describing, I find that the PTFE tubing has deformed and needs to be replaced.
Pictures attached. Thought this may be causing your problems.

I have been getting away with Printing ABS with a Bed temp of 96C and Print temp of 232C by placing the 3D Printer in a enclosure.
This keeps breezes away causing my models to warp.
Below is a tutorial on how to fix,

Magnets do get old.
And
If Magnets Get Very Hot or Cold
My hot end started factory with a nozzle screwed into the Heat block then the throat screws into the other side of heat block this in turn slides into the top heat sink.
This did not work...
In my Slicer Software there is an option to randomize location of seam to virtually make it invisible.
I know the IC is bad and a couple other components though decided my time was worth more than the cost of a controller board that could be programmed to take its place.
Would like more information on the position of the model while 3D Printing.
Though without any further information, i suspect that the area where the seam is located may not have a friction free...
The last lines of my startup g-code is always in the Slicer
M420 S1 ; Bed Leveling turned On
M106 P1 S128 ; P1 = 2nd Fan set 50% Speed
M220 S32.000000 Starting print speed
We read here you have a SN04 Proximity sensor, It would help if you stated what 3D Printer you have.
A few pictures of your 3D Printer could also be helpful if they show optional hardware.
It appears you are doing every thing in the correct order.
Leveling the bed is kind of an Art until you have more experience under your belt some may fail an some will work.
Some times you just...
I have used Cura 15.04.6 forever and have never had a problem,

IS does not happen often though It could be that you need to initialize your printer to factory defaults.
Hello curious aardvark. My CoreXY in being created from parts printed using this Thingiverse article. Hope it works out well.
I would start with watching this cleaning the nozzle Video.
I would start by heating the Nozzle to your last filament temp TPU an push remaining clogged TBU out with some.
Then remember to...
I do not believe that we choose, I believe that our pets choose us.
The Driver chip module can be removed and replaced , do not believe that the mother board is fried only Driver chip module.
