Going from the ground of the usb port (basically the outside metal shell of the port) of both the rpi and the rumba board I get 0v.

Perhaps. I just wish I knew what other troubleshooting steps I could use to figure it out. I have test equipment, but the Oscilloscope and multimeter both show normal readings.

I don't know. The small wires on the left ... um.. box? looks fine. I'm not sure if it's just not moving on quick enough or what. Definitely go through the calibration steps though.

yeah, I didn't see anything either. I don't have a fan (hexagon print head) so maybe it see's the "turn fan off" and faults because there is no fan to turn off?

What do you mean? I measured the power coming from the printer power supply and it's 12v. That's what's being supplied to the RUMBA power rails.

I've been having issues as well. Maybe it's just me but the parts seem far too brittle for me. Not to mention it cracked far too easily on the layers.
