My first print of the day on a flashforge creator pro using Simplify 3D always comes out perfect, but every print after always shows gaps on the first layer and under extrusion throughout the print....

Any options good options for fast printers in that range?

Thanks for the reply. Although 15k seems steep, I'd still like to pencil it down as an option. Looking more in terms of 5k, or even 5-10k.
