So, I haven't 100% solved it yet, but someone told me it might be an issue with the MightyBoard. I got a new MightyBoard from MakerBot, but it was dead on arrival, so I had to wait for a second one...
That's a good thought. I switched to a different printer for the one that was clogging with many supports, but next time I run into the same problem, I'm going to try slowing down the supports and...
Update on this: I was finally able to unclog it and put the extruder assembly back together. It's working for the most part. Some prints are fine, some have been clogging repeatedly with no clear...
I normally print PLA at 210 when it's actually printing. I was just using the default preheat settings for clearing the nozzle so I could melt the clogged stuff enough to get it out.
I'm printing with PLA 1.75mm. The nozzle is at 230 C, which is Makerbot's default for preheating. I heated it to 250 C at some point when trying to unclog. At this point, there's no printing speed,...

When the printer lays down the initial line of filament at the front of the build plate before it starts the...
Thanks! I did manage to get this printed on a Makerbot Replicator 2, which didn't seem to have any issues, but this is really good to know for future prints. I'm still getting used to the Flashforge...
You're right, I probably should have specified. But yes--from the US.
I'm curious what everyone's recommendations would be for purchasing PLA filament. Thanks!

I'm using a Flashforge Creator Pro and PLA filament to create the object found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:825780. I've been using both supports and a raft. You can see from...
I've recently been able to print with dual extrusion for the first time thanks to the new Flashforge Creator Pro at my job. I discovered Makerware's purge wall feature and was wondering what others'...
