Do you still have the stock extruded bracket? Does the printer make any clicking noises on those long passes?
We should be able to compile it for the stock 8 bit board. I've done it before, we just need to comment out a few things. I can help if need me, PM me.
Which version of Marlin are you on? Are you compiling the latest version for the SKR?
Why are you using the 1.1.9 Marlin?
If you want to compile the latest version bugfix 2.0.x I can give the exact config for the Ender 3 pro and help with any issues.
This could be due to a verity of factors. Is this a stock Ender 3?
Can let us know your Cura settings, screenshots would be best. Also what filament are you using?
