You're being pretty ambitious trying to do a dual print.
What's your bed temp?
I would recommend you seriously consider getting Simplify 3D for your slicer it will save you a lot of headaches....

Are both nozzles the same height and have you leveled your build Plate to the nozzles?
I use Aquanet Hair Spray (Purple Can) pretty thick coat. Glass should look frosted. with the build heated to 105-110 deg.
I've also have good luck with Esun ABS filament.
You are correct it has a single 24v power Supply.
Check your belt tensions and that the pulleys on the motor shafts are on tight. Something mechanical is slipping.
Depends on the age of your Qidi last years model used the a smaller thread size this years is a larger thread.
I'm not sure of the thread sizes.
If you get new ones from Qidi also get new hot...
Hatchbox and ESun are both well respected and popular brands. Both there ABS and PLA work fine for me.
I use either depending on price and availability on Amazon Prime.
It occurred to me it just kinda flowed into that shape. Who says a simple shim can't look cool.
I recently upgraded my Z Axis smooth rods to 10mm so I needed a new Z-axis shim for my 1/4" glass build plate.
I came up with this one.

I have a dial indicator and tried it and found a piece a paper is still easier, faster and accurate enough.
Even with the Dial indicator you will still have to check that the nozzle heights are the...
I have no idea what your printing. Have you had some one else try printing it?
As far as the info on Gethub you would need to get a hold of Dan for that info. Like I said I have not personally...
Do not try it I know of no one that has successfully loaded the official version of Sailfish on Qidi Techs that come with there own version of Sailfish 7.8.
You will brick your board.
If your...
I not sure but don't think so.
I have a Qidi Tech and CTC printer they both have identical Mighty 1280 based boards and both have Sailfish 7.7.
I have a older Qidi Tech (9 months) that came with a version of firmware called Makerbot Version 1 running on a ATmega 1280 board.
About 6 months ago I decided to see if I could upgrade to Sailfish...
S3D does use the same standard GPX plugin. You can upgrade it when new versions of GPX comes out by just replacing the GPX exe in the S3D folder.
I've been in touch with Qidi Tech support recently and they are definitely taken a more proactive support role.
Example the changes on this forum and new help videos on Youtube.
I use these on my Printer.
There more expensive but also more wear resistant....
I've been using this on my Qidi Tech for 6 months now and it works great.
Unless the newest Qidi Tech's have deviated from the basic MK10 dual extruder design and it doesn't look like they have it...
OK makes sense now.
Just curious why take the side windows off so much?
How did you do your scans?
Your right that is a lot of material to heat up. Why not use the glass plate with ABS slurry or Hairspray?
Yes both use the same header. The second hex file adds USB.
I've not sure where your at have you successfully loaded the bootloader and usb code?
If you have load Sailfish with RepG.
Watch this video to learn the proper way to load Sailfish....
It's been 5 months since I've done this and it's a little foggy.
Did you load both the bootloader and usb hex code.
Are you seeing anything on the display or audio from the printer?
If you do then...
