The Barrel on my 2X extruder is smooth on the OD. Everything I find has a threaded OD.
is everyone switching to the threader or is their a source for the smooth ones.

I print ABS and have had trouble with print not sticking to bed.
so I took my tester and checked the bed is set at 110°c and I am only reading 88°c
that is 22° low

I am thinking of adding a 3rd fan and Nozzle cooling duct for cooling abs on Delicate prints.
does anyone with 2x printers on this board have them installed.
have you had any problems with it.

1. check bed level first.
Then do step 2.
2. make sure the nozzles are the same height or no more than .002" difference.

I am trying to print a Yoda tealight and it will not print properly
as you can see by the Photo it only prints on 1/3 the diameter of the part.
at layer 10 it starts to print the back but it is air...

if I try to format them fat32 it gives me an error and stops if I format them FAT and then 32 kilobytes it will complete and load the X3G file start but stop mid print

I bought some 1GB SD cards see below and they will not read propetly
the file you want to print will show on the printer screen but when you load the file
the printer does not start it just sits...

I will drop the bed temperature.
I am printing on Kapton and I wipe the bed with acetone before each print (starting with bed cold)
I have an elmers purple glus stick...

The white is ABS @ 230°.
The green is HIPS @ 250°
the bed is 110°
The bed is level

I am going to take my OHM meter/temp guage and check the temp at the Nozzles.

sorry about that.
as you can see by the picture the purge wall for the part did not adhear to the plate
but the purge wall for the raft & support did did.
the part also adhered to the Kapton.

Does anyone have any suggestions
