I started with the Makerbot Desktop "standard" setting and then bumped the speeds down to 50 mm/s
I checked the drive wheel. It's free of any debris or plastic.

I just upgraded from Makerbot Desktop 3.7 to 3.8. I feel like the parameters in the built-in presets have changed. IIRC the "standard" preset had extruder temp of 215 degrees. Now its 230 degrees....
