When you edit process settings and then go to advanced, you have all the tabs across the top
Layer, Extruder , Tempreture ect Cooling is one of them
I have mine set 0% layer 1 and 100% after
I am very new to 3D printing myself , but so far I've found Simplify 3D to be the best slicer I've used so far , as for 3d design I've been using 123D Design
I have had lots of problems with ABS...
I dont suppose anyone on here has the original sd that came with their ff creator pro ? , really i am after the bed levelling script that is on the card i have wiped mine and would quite like to have...
Are your hot ends aligned? could one be lower than the other and dragging across the print maybe?
So i aimed a small fan at the bed and gave it another go and he came out ok

i seem to be squashing my prints but only on small prints i have no problem with bigger prints , I've tried printing marvin twice now in PLA

i had the same issue with my creator pro , contact simplify3d on the support page and they with send you a new FFF profile with instruction on how to install it
