Have you tried applying a higher level of subdivision to the object before exporting the model.
Your problem will probably disappear when you get that air funnel installed. If not reduce overall temps a little.

James-Its probably being caused by overheating the print. either lower the ambient room temp or reduce hotend/heatbed temp.
Allow me to add yet another possibility, that your print is getting too hot?? You could try cooling down the ambient room temperature.
