Makerfarm has been sold out of their relays for months.
The SSR I see online look like they only have 4 pins out, vs 4 on the Makerfarm relay with 2 additional control wires on the board.
...
Going to piggy back on this thread, the terminals on my included relay board melted. I want to order a new one but what about those two small wires on the original that went to D8?
These settings really helped with support removal, just a little too much inflation though.
Still looking for how to raft one specific area only.

Slowly getting there on printing with PETG.
Some current issues are stand alone support structures outside the main body of my print that is brimmed are pulling up.
This stuff sticks so well...
Thanks I will check that. Been spending time re-leveling everything as my bench has a slick surface and if I bump the printer my shims will move. I need to design a foot with a leveling screw like...
Cable routing has come a long way much less of a rats nest. Bob, do you have your custom printed parts linked up somewhere?
...
Ran my thermal camera on the printer way too much cooling on the bed, reduced fans down and started them on higher layers and so far it has not repeated.
Getting thermal runaway after installing dual part cooling fans, set to come on after layer 5.
I am guessing this is the problem.
Now that I have cooling fans do I run PID again? I did...
That is a great idea, I ordered a radial fan today.
I was thinking of putting a BL touch on the X carriage since the fans are taking up all the room. Maybe one radial on the extruder or frame...
Windows, bleh. I rebooted everything and boom all is good. Now I realize that I do not like my dual cooling fan setup. I lose room on the X due to its size and hitting the Z motors and I have zero...
Part cooling fan connected to D9.
Fan turns on with M106/7 using proterface.
I get nothing using S3D.
Ideas?
Ok, well I am in sales not engineering, so I am handicapped. I read that, and need to study more. My only firmware experience is the first load up.
Thanks.
All back and working fine. Checks temps while running a print with my thermal camera and all wiring/relay are good.
Thanks.
Thanks will continue as is.
Thanks for the great tips!
If I knew anything about electronics before building this I would have known that 16 AWG is too thin. The build instructions do not specify, but show using the speaker wire that was referenced in...
Anything is better than the mess I have. Now that the printer is not working its a good time to clean it up.
Hour 6 of a 7 hr PLA print and no heat to the bed.
Investigation shows, melted negative 16 AWG wire from the power supply to the relay. I used 16 AWG per the kit instructions. That connector...
Thanks Bob for all the wiring pics.
I have PLA dialed in, ABS kinda dialed in but really need an enclosure to get better adhesion. Just received some PETG to try and realized I am not sure on what is the recommended way to change...
Best benchy I have ever made in PLA and I don't even have a part cooling fan.

Thanks hopster, I had one wheel that was not contacting the rail as well as the other 3 and there was a tiny bit of slop in the carriage. Tightened those up and am trying this again.
After a few months of required attn to some work around my house I finally got around to finishing my first build.
Printed this cube with Hatchbox PLA at 200 ext and 70 bed. .2 layer height. ...
I am close to finishing mine, ask questions early and often it will save you time.
