I find that SD card is the way to go. I'm a busy person and I move around the house a lot. Saves a lot of time and hassle :)

I would personally choose something that has a big community around it.
Something like Anet, Wanhao, TEVO, geeetech, etc.

There's still quite a selection of deltas.. but I find delta's more unattractive than the simple xyz (cartesian?) printers as they have a weird build volume. It's harder or impossible to print bigger...
